Jay said they were going to church with the next song. Allison sat on the edge of the left side of the stage.
X+2) Jay-led Happy Birthday - at the end, they played pumped up music reminiscent of the music in the James Brown church scene in Blues Brothers, at that point, Allison got up like she was embarrassed
Allison later said to her band members that all she wanted for her birthday was a puppy.
I talked with Shante; I asked her what she's up to. She said she will be singing with a band soon, but wouldn't say who.
Nakia, Los, Skaci, Peg Leg, Gary, Lisa of the World, NeeNee, Kia, TJ of ASAP, Mo (Slim Goodie), Sabrina, Deenah (celebrating her birthday), 6'9, and Tiffany were there.

Donnell said, "Jammin' Jeff, trying to slick it up. Jeffrey Warren, that's what we called him when he was delivering pizzas. He delivered for both Pizza Hut and Dominos, just like he's playing for The Band and Familiar Faces." Jammin' Jeff laughed and made raised his arms as Donnell said this.

Two women asked me if I had a good time, I told them yes and I was there every week.
As I walked to my car, a woman yelled from across the street, "Where's your wife?" I have no idea why she thinks I have a wife.
