Black Heart's birthday at Takoma Station
Takoma Station, 6914 4th St NW, Washington, DC 20012

I talked with Lorenzo. I told him my computer crashed; he said it would come back. I talked about Wayne Short'ers performance at the Sylvan Amphitheatre on October 1st. He said he had played with Wayne Shorter and knew his wife. He said he thinks she left him. I said, "Because he's shorter?" I don't know if Lorenzo referred to Wayne Shorter's late wife Anna Maria, who died in 1996 aboard Paris-bound flight TWA 800, or his more recent wife Carolina Shorter.

Tim (LJ), Donnell Jr., Nita, Michon, Shaun, and Tamara were there.

I let in Halima. Halima had a flower in her hair.

Doc talked to me about the PFunk Documentary, One Nation Under Groove and whether Eddie Hazel or Michael Hampton played lead guitar on Cosmic Slop in the Houston 1976 concert on DVD. (It was Michael Hampton, Hazel only played on a studio track for Mothership Connection.)
