Halima asked why I never ate the food. I told her the same thing I said before - it's like taking away their pay. DP asked if I went to the beach, I told him I was at the Os game, and there was completely different weather from Thursday's weather. Godfather talked about how he used to try on Ms. Mack's wigs and play. Ras walked in. I talked with him about Ray Davis, and the girl being a fan of Reggae, intrigued by the Deep Band. I asked him where they are performing; he talked about places including Xcalibur.

Stacey, March, and Robin were there. There was also a tall guy with cane who had a belt bucket with a Ben Franklin or a stack of them (don't know if real) rubber banded together. Ras said to me, "You're in the thick of things (I was only a few feet from the stage during the second set)". 6'9 talked with me about John Gilchrist and Larry Hughes. Doc told Ras and I that I should work for the Post, since I write all the time. 6'9 said he was going to fly to Miami first class. I gave 6'9 the URL to my website. He said he would put it in his Blackberry.
I saw Dwayne and in a separate car, Robin (in the passenger seat) at the Exxon by Tradewinds, gas went up $.13 over the last week!
